Welcome to your Monday! It is a soggy set up as we start the new month and week. A Flood Watch is in effect until 7 p.m. for Broward and Miami-Dade. There is also a Coastal Flood Advisory for the next high tide later this afternoon and a High Surf Advisory for Broward until 7 a.m. Bands of heavy rain is expected to move in through the day, so grab your rain gear.
