Good Thursday morning. We will start the day warm, humid and mostly dry. By the afternoon, have the rain gear handy as scattered showers and storms will develop and may spark localized flooding concerns. There is Coastal Flooding Statement in place with the combination of the new moon, onshore winds, and any heavy rainfall in addition to higher tidal levels could result in minor coastal flooding. The next high tide is after 7 a.m. We are also watching the first hurricane of the Atlantic season as Hurricane Isaias is spinning in the Gulf. This system will have no direct impacts for our local forecast, but please check in with any family or friends in the Panhandle as the impacts will start as early as tonight for that area. Keep it tuned to Local 10 for more.
